Successful 3rd AI Training Series for PKNS Staff

Yesterday, on 11 July 2025, we successfully conducted the third series of our highly anticipated AI training for the dedicated staff at Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS). The turnout was remarkable, with a packed room of enthusiastic participants eager to explore the potential of artificial intelligence!

This session, titled "AI in Practise: Mastering AI Tools for Productivity & Innovation" marked our third series of training with PKNS. The curriculum included hands-on customisation of AI tools, exploring alternatives and essential features, Google Workspace essentials, Microsoft 365 Copilot, unleashing creativity in Canva, AI-powered productivity tools for automation and efficiency, AI-generated media creation, and a hands-on module on applying AI at work. Unlike other AI training providers, we focused on teaching a tailored workflow, guiding the staff on integrating several AI applications and services seamlessly into their daily tasks, enhancing efficiency in a practical, hands-on manner.

The outcomes were inspiring! One participant shared how they streamlined report generation using Microsoft 365 Copilot, saving hours each week. Another discovered how to create engaging presentations in Canva with AI tools, earning praise from their team. A third mastered automating repetitive tasks with AI-powered productivity tools, allowing more focus on strategic planning. The vibrant atmosphere and insightful questions from the staff made it a memorable event.
