We successfully conducted a three-day training programme for Majlis Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan (MAIWP) from 4th to 6th February 2025, titled "AI in Practice: Mastering AI Tools for Productivity & Innovation". The training focused on equipping participants with practical AI skills through hands-on sessions with tools like ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Flux, and Midjourney. It covered AI fundamentals, real-world applications, and ethical considerations, helping participants integrate AI into their workflows to enhance productivity and innovation. This project highlights our commitment to advancing AI literacy and practical implementation across various sectors.

Revolutionising Document Management with AI: PKNS Leads the Way

Our AI-Powered Document Management & Workflow Optimisation project with Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) is transforming traditional document practices into streamlined, efficient, and compliant workflows. Through hands-on training and practical AI applications, participants learn to automate processes, enhance search capabilities, and ensure compliance with international standards.

Understanding Generative AI: Potential, Challenges, and the Future

Our Introduction to Generative AI session at the ICT Awareness Programme, Ministry of Economy explored the transformative impact of AI in content creation, workflow automation, and digital innovation. With a focus on real-world applications, participants gained insights into AI-generated images, videos, audio, and text, along with discussions on ethical considerations and regulatory challenges. This session provided a hands-on understanding of how Generative AI is reshaping industries and government operations, paving the way for smarter, more efficient digital transformation.

AI-Driven Productivity with Generative AI for MPHS

We collaborated with Majlis Perbandaran Hulu Selangor (MPHS) to deliver a comprehensive session on Generative AI, focusing on its potential to enhance municipal operations. We explored AI applications such as text-to-image and text-to-video capabilities, discussed innovations from industry leaders like DeepSeek, ByteDance, and demonstrated how AI can streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and boost community engagement. This initiative underscores our commitment to driving AI adoption and innovation in 2025, ensuring organisations like MPHS remain at the forefront of technological advancements.

AI Chatbot Development Training for Jabatan Mufti Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan

Pendakwah Teknologi Solutions conducted a specialised AI chatbot development training, empowering Jabatan Mufti Kerajaan Negeri Sembilan with practical skills in NLP-driven AI Chatbot integration on their website, enhancing digital engagement and public service delivery.

With nearly 80 participants in the morning session, we covered key issues including copyright, AI advancements, ethical challenges, and future outlook — backed by real case studies and global perspectives.

Internet Child Safety Talk at PERHILITAN: The Dark Side of the Digital World

On 22 May 2025, we delivered a high-energy, half-day session at the Pusat Sains & Kreativiti Terengganu (PSKT), blending two of the most critical frontiers in tech—artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. This session brought real-world insights and practical demonstrations on how AI is transforming the cybersecurity landscape, from threat detection to ethical risks and digital trust.

From Generative to Agentic AI: Moderating the Next Leap at AiGenFest 2025

On 25 May 2025, we participated in AiGenFest 2025 at Rekascape, Cyberjaya, where our founder moderated a high-impact panel session titled "From Generative to Agentic AI". On 27 May 2025, we delivered a high-impact half-day talk at Japan-Malaysia Technical Institute (JMTI) to nearly 400 participants, both on-site and online. The session offered a comprehensive look at artificial intelligence in 2025—demystifying concepts, showcasing tools, and discussing the skills needed to thrive in the AI-driven future.

AI in Practice: Second Full-Day Training with ProtectHealth – Scaling Impact

On 29 May 2025, we returned to ProtectHealth Corporation Sdn Bhd for a second full-day training session under the theme “AI in Practice: Mastering AI Tools for Productivity & Innovation Pro.” With 30+ participants, this follow-up engagement deepened understanding of AI use in healthcare, expanded tool application, and reinforced responsible AI literacy within the organisation.
