JPA's AI, Automation and Vibe Coding Bootcamp

From 24 to 26 November 2023, we delivered a high impact, hands on training for JPA that took participants from AI basics to building real automations they can use straight away. The programme combined practical AI skills with workflow automation using modern tools, plus vibe coding with Claude to help teams prototype faster and build with confidence. With lab sessions throughout, participants learned how to streamline everyday tasks, create smarter processes and use AI responsibly, leaving with working templates, clear methods and the confidence to apply AI in their daily work.

From 24 to 26 November 2023 we delivered a world class hands on AI, automation and vibe coding bootcamp for JPA that turned AI from a buzzword into real workplace results. This was a build first programme designed to help participants gain confidence quickly through practical labs and clear outcomes.

We started with AI foundations in simple UK English and focused on what matters at work: writing clear prompts, getting consistent outputs and staying in control of quality and responsible use. Every concept was paired with an activity so learning never stayed theoretical.

Next we moved into automation with n8n and the Google Workspace stack, using Sheets, Drive, Docs, Slides, Calendar and Gmail to create workflows that feel genuinely useful in day to day operations. Participants built processes that can collect information, organise files, generate documents, update trackers and send notifications with minimal manual effort.

We then added communication and integration patterns using social and chatbot style channels for updates and alerts and we plugged in light AI steps for summarising, tagging and translating. Participants explored modern AI options including OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Ollama and xAI then learned how to choose the right model for the job.

A major highlight was vibe coding, where we taught participants how to use Claude and supporting tools to prototype faster and build with confidence. Teams learned how to turn requirements into working logic, improve outputs through iteration and deliver solutions that are easy to maintain and hand over.

By the end of the three days participants were not only comfortable using AI, they were building complete end to end workflows with sensible error handling, simple approvals and a capstone integration that felt like a finished internal tool. The result was a training experience that genuinely raised capability and unlocked immediate impact for JPA.
